Click on the Apple Menu
Go down to Control Panels and click on Modem.

Modem: Make sure your computer's modem is selected.
Sound: On
Dialing: Tone
"ignore dial tone" should be unchecked.

Close the Modem control panel and save your changes.

Back in the Control Panels, click on the TCP/IP icon.

Connect via: PPP
Configure: Using PPP Server
Name server addr: 216.234.97.2 and 216.234.97.3
Search doamins: hicap.net

Close the TCP/IP control panel and save your changes.

Back in the Control Panels, click on the Remote Access icon.

Select Registered User
Name: username@hicap.net Your username needs to end with @hicap.net
Password: Type in your password.

Remember! Your username and password is CaSe-SeNsItIvE.

Number: Type in the phone number for your area in the blank field.

Now all you need to do is click the Connect button.
Once connected, open your favorite browser and start surfing.
